Our class went to Starbucks on a Wednesday morning and we had a great time. It was generally accessible, the drinks were amazing and the service was surprisingly fast for there not being a ton of employees. There was even employees cleaning while we were there! The store felt clean and organized. The employees announced the drink order names clearly and loudly, so everyone could hear.

Dietary restrictions: We had a friend go who is on the Keto diet and doesn't eat sugar. She was able to still get a drink. She got a unsweetened ice tea and she said it was amazing.
We also had a friend who needs to watch his sugar intake, and he was able to have the pink drink!
We also had a few friends who are allergic to nuts, and we found safe options for them too.

Parking: You should not try to park here, Harvard Square is very busy. Instead you can take the bus or the train, both are right across the street from the stations.

Wheelchair accessibility: The store was very busy and the lanes to walk were kind of small. There were no stairs you could walk or wheel right in, so that part was accessible. There were automatic door openers, which was very helpful. There was no seating there for people who might need to rest, and there were no bathrooms if you need those.

As a company critic, parking can be difficult with traffic. Uneven pavement when walking towards it. It can get busy here. You can order online or order inside. There is music on. The door has a button for those who need it. The door can be hard to open. There are no seatings inside. Hand sanitizer near the door. There are merchandise items you can purchase too. The flooring looks dirty. Recycling and regular trash is available. The employees seemed focused on their job. Gift cards can be purchased also mini snacks and drinks.
I hope this helps anyone!

Pretty typical Starbucks overall. The environment is bustling as it's conveniently in the middle of Harvard Square, though the service was slow when I went and they had minor errors in multiple orders in my party.

The drink was good, the atmosphere was good, my only complaint was our order taker, who refused to get us a cup of water.

I absolutely don't understand the Starbucks system - no seating and no toilets for customers. Unthinkable in Europe.

They sell coffee and ask for tips because they don’t pay their workers enough I guess, and when you ask for the bathroom they refer you to neighboring businesses. Where I come from we call this freeloading. In my view if you sell coffee the right thing to do is to see the process through to its natural conclusion and also offer a bathroom.

Food and coffee at this location is about as you would expect from Starbucks - slightly overpriced for the quality but still somehow cheaper than other locations nearby. The space is rather small compared to most locations, especially compared to their former location across the street. The high ceiling and decor of this former building enterence gives the space a sense of generic grandeur, but the lack of seating (likely due to the space confines and traffic this location can get) is really devastating.I'll repeat that again. THERE IS NO SEATING. Get your coffee and sandwich and get out - or stand around awkwardly if there is room.If you're looking for a quick sit and coffee out of the weather, go to Pete's or the Capital One Cafe down the street. If it's summer or you can otherwise stand the weather, still go to Pete's or Capital one. They're all about even in the end but at least they care to have and tend their tables.Edit: Dropping a start on service and overall because their automated customer service response bot is a cheap-out way to effectivity ignore a problem by throwing money at an issue rather than actually trying to fix things.
