I popped into this Starbucks location about 2 weeks ago and ordered a drink made with almond milk. When I confirmed with the barista, "This was made with almond milk, correct?" she replied that it was not -- then she quickly corrected it. The cafe was clean, staff were friendly, and the barista (in training, I believe) fixed the glitch quickly and cheerfully. I appreciate it and will definitely be back when I return to the area.

This is a great Starbucks!The crowds are at the other Starbucks and its calmer.You can get to know the baristas a little better.Same good coffee.I highly recommend this one if crowds are not your thing.

When the Starbucks on the square has a long (or any) line, cross spend the extra few minutes to stroll over to this location and enjoy its more cozy atmosphere and shorter (if existant) line!

Much nicer spot than main Harvard Square Starbucks. Friendly staff, prompt service, open seating, and clean restroom.
