Stopped by today to pick up my online order that wasn't ready yet and Jen was working. Never have I ever met her until today, but she truly knows hospitality and was the kindest person ever, also most genuine. This was truly the most hospitable, friendliest, and well not to sugar-coat things, the most amazing Starbucks interactions I have ever had. She has an aura that just brightens everything and everyone around her from what it seemed. I would hire her in a heartbeat if/when I open up my own place.

This is an unusual Starbucks as it's just to go. The service was great, though apparently, they're not to take cash. Tasty though. Easily wheelchair accessible.

If this is just a pickup location, you need a real place for customers to park. Every single day when I go past this location there is at least one car idling in the clearly marked bike lane, putting those of us who bike to work in danger. I have sent a request previously to Starbucks via their app to find a solution for this, and apparently that has not happened. Two people died in bike/car accidents in Cambridge over the past couple of months, so please figure this out.

Convinced this is the best Starbucks going. Every morning, the service and quality here make my commute so much more enjoyable! My order is perfect and ready quickly every time. Seasonal and other happy stickers are often found on my coffee cups, staff is always friendly, and fresh samples of drinks and treats are a fun and frequent surprise. As a tourist visiting very disappointed with the service received. No attempt to help customers in ordering especially since app isn’t available for download from UK app store. Assistant didn’t attempt to help at all.
