I’m a daily customer sometimes twice. I’ll order on the app it’ll give me an avg time to go pick up, usually around 615am. I wait around 8-18 minutes a day for a simple coffee, let alone add some food because it adds 5-10 more mins. And it’s sad because I like the coffee and continue to go everyday as the convince to my job site.

This time I ordered a cup of Americano coffee using the app, and within a few minutes of placing the order, I could walk in and pick up the food, which was very convenient. My suitably warmed sandwich and hot brewed house-blend coffee, ordered on walk-in as no app is in the picture just yet, were perfect. The only drawback, for me a minor one, was learning that salads are no longer available; I hope that they will return before long. I will definitely go back for more, of whatever is being served!

I ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk. They gave me two cups one with water and chocolate mix inside and the second cup with just water. The drink was watered down and there wasn't any oat milk inside my hot chocolate. Stop stealing people's money, that's fraud!
