Pink haired lady in the morning wasn't very pleasant and i say this as a driver picking up at 5:17 AM. I'll never go there before 6 AM again. I don't need that energy. The store was closed when it should've been open, it's 34 degrees outside, and she was passive aggressive. I'm tired too but i smile and remain as pleasant as possible to set the mood. She should practice being more charismatic if she wants to be a leader.

Best coffee in Boston!!!!!Very friendly staff and the quality of the coffee and breakfast sandwich was top notch.
Wait in line for 20 plus minutes to be told they don’t accept 50 or 100 dollar bills ? That’s just ridiculous put a sign up or something saying

While I appreciate the convenience of the Starbucks at 120 Broadway Street in Boston, there's one aspect that can be frustrating for those of us who prefer ordering in person. This location tends to prioritize app orders, which, while efficient for those using the app, can result in longer wait times for customers in the queue. If you're like me and prefer the traditional ordering experience, you might find that you need to exercise some patience during busy periods. Nonetheless, the coffee quality remains consistent, and the staff is friendly, making it a decent option for your caffeine fix, even if you have to wait a bit longer.
Slow service. In person orders buried under a slew of mobile orders.

Nice big Starbucks with good space and seating inside and nice patio seating outside (which was very pleasant at the end of June). Have to say there was a semi-long wait to pick up your drink though and I asked for a hot but got a cold latte.

This is consistently the worst Starbucks location I go to. If they don't get my extremely trivial order wrong (coffee + pastry), they forget it entirely.
