I’m giving five stars for two reasons: Desna made a great iced latte, and both Anas and Desna took wonderful care of Shasta when she was bleeding and in pain. They gave her all the medicine she needed and were so kind and gentle to this beautiful dog. They even gave her a big Puppuccino that made her happy and eased her pain. I will never forget that—neither will Shasta. and she said thank you

Nice typical starbucks. There is usually open seating. There are booths, tables, and also counter seating. Also, I think some people occasionally go into the hotel lounge area for additional seating. It's usually not too busy, so it's a good place to work or study.

A little far away from where we had our business meeting, but we found our way here anyway, and then sat for a while to recover from the activity and the concentration. It was a relaxing stop.

Probably the worst starbucks. They never ever make drinks lite ice. Look at the picture. I am posting this after this happened every time in last month.
The slowest Starbucks; revolving door always new employees constantly. No one knows what they're doing and the new manager doesn't help at all. Manager keeps blaming his staff instead of realizing its his management that sucks.

Every time I come here it seems like none of the workers know what they are doing, more times than not they get my order wrong. Today, I waited 30 minutes to get 2 coffees. From someone who has worked in this industry, I have never experienced such incompetence.
