Fun sort of divey atmosphere. Lots of vintage bar signs. Good drinks and apps. Tge fries were a bit too salty but the duck nachos were delish!

My new favorite restaurant spot in Cambridge. I went three times in the week I was working at MIT. All the dishes are good. Their katsu sandwich is probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The oysters are fresh. The fried chicken has so much flavor (if you get Nashville hot you'll enjoy it too but through tears of pain)
As great as the food is, I'll praise the service more. Jess especially is an amazing server. She has that magnetic aura that makes a person feel like they're already friends. What a cool person.
Almost forgot to add, their fries are amazing... dangerously amazing. For my own health I have to stop getting them, I end up eating all of it and wanting more.

It’s a little loud in there but the food is top notch. Everything was made very well and delicious. Buttermilk biscuits? Flaky with incredible slightly sweet butter. Fried chicken? Perfect batter and tender inside. Collards with butter? Omg. Rancho Gordo beans? So yum. Really a pleasure to eat at a place that just delivers excellence.

Only fresh tortillas in all of Massachusetts! Kids ate 14 tortillas with butter, mom ate one too. Tortillas need 100 stars. Tacos = Tortillas filled with stuff 🌮 💯 Eat more tortillas. Tortillas, tortillas, tortillas.
I went to State Park for brunch and I really loved the El Camino breakfast taco, definitely one of the best I've had! Unfortunately the asparagus taco didn't really work for me. I appreciated the bottomless coffee and the staff was fantastic, everyone was very friendly and happy to let my group linger after we finished eating. I would recommend State Park for brunch and definitely plan to come back for drinks.

I’ve been to state park many times— I like bringing friends here bc the food has always been amazing and the drinks are great. However, when my boyfriend and I went last week it was as if we were eating from a totally different (and worse) kitchen. I always get the burger because I love it, but this most recent burger I had tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. Truly not what I remembered having eaten several times (and my bf thought the same cuz he’s had it too). The bun was almost to dry to eat and the meat was wayyyy overcooked.
The service was still excellent. Our server was so attentive and kind. And my drink (the 50/50 margarita) was very refreshing.
Overall, it was just the food that was so disappointing.

We had a wonderful Father’s Day dinner here with our party of 9 last night! Drinks and food were delicious and our server Jess was extremely kind, personable, and super fun! Biscuits were a hit and our burgers and fries were mouthwatering! 10/10 for food AND service. The best combo! Excited to come back.
