Yesterday, (Saturday), I ordered a subway through app and the lady on counter was so rude she was so pissed at us as I selected more for ingredients! Asking me “how do I close it ?! With this argument I always get even less than medium portion. “I mean this is not my job to teach you how will you close it! Didn’t you get trained to do it?!!! And if this is the case that you can’t close the sandwich then why the hell do SUBWAY give us (the customers) option to choose how much ingredients we want to put in the sub! don’t give the option we won’t choose!!

The subway is inside a store in the corner. The girl at the counter does not seem to be well trained and does not know the ingredient names. I said no spicy but I felt something spicy in my Philly steak sub. She did not know how to punch in the meal of the day and called the pregnant lady I guess she is the manager was infact rude and lacked customer service.

I ordered through the app and put in a promo code that the app said it applied and it took 18 dollars off the total. Then when I ordered I was charged full price. When I tried to get a refund at the store the employees said they couldn't because their manager wasn't there and they refused to give me a phone number to call. Do not order subway through the app. It is very shady! This specific place also has terrible customer service.

I’ve ordered food for pickup here a few times and it’s been a mid experience every time. The attendant is never at the counter when I walk in and I usually wait at least three minutes before anyone comes out to give me my pickup order. It’s also not a full store, just a small counter inside of a shabby convenience store (like a seedy gas station without the gas pumps). The food is pretty decent - not as good as other Subway locations, but it hits the spot - and you just can’t beat the price of a foot long. I’ll continue to come here because I love Subway and it’s so affordable compared to nearby restaurants, but I’m really disappointed in the customer service and lack of speedy service at this location.

I got turkey and cheese sandwich and got vegetables and NO Cheese and MY Bread WAS BURNT and got ME COMPLETELY wHat I DIDNT ASK FOR!! They ALSO GAVE ME WHEAT BREAD AND I HATE WHEAT BREAD!!
Dietary restrictions: Can’t have tomatoes and purple onions
