Very good variety of healthy delicious salads, bowls, and protein plates, with calories listed. You can also order custom-made dishes. The staff at the Harvard Square location is efficient yet also very pleasant even when there's a long line of lunchtime customers. Kudos to them for their professionalism!
I am a regular and love the food. The portion size has declined to almost half for some reason. I asked several family members and friends. They see this significant trend as well. Why is that?
The staff really care and work so hard to keep everything constantly fresh, chilled, and available. I've been to 5-6 Sweetgreens throughout Boston and never seen vegetables sitting in bins for hours getting old and warm. The quality is always consistently super high.
