It is very nice and refreshing to be greeted so friendly. Mimi greeted us making us feel very welcome. Steve the manager was equally welcoming. Henry and Mimi served us with helpfulness and guidance. Steve took us to our table. The ingredients were wonderfully fresh and abundant. They even had pickled onions, which I love. The wild rice was delicious. Romaine lettuce was crispy and fresh. The ambiance is casual and uplifting. You will enjoy the whole experience. Thank you everyone.

I placed an online order, as soon as I hit the order button I realized it was for the wrong location. I immediately hit the cancel order button. It said it was already too late. I messaged support and they rudely sent me a screenshot of their fine print and wouldn't refund my order nor do anything to help me out. So, Sweetgreen lost a customer and will likely incur a charge back fee from my CC company. Poor customer service experience. There are too many great restaurants out there to waste your time at subpar chains.

I ordered through the app, and the app said the order was ready but when I came to pick it up, it wasn't. However, the worker was very kind and made the order for me right away with pretty large portions.
I made this custom made bowl and def recommend (without crushed red peppers): spring mix & arugula 🥬 blackened chicken 🍗 shaved parmesan 🧀 warm roasted sweet potato 🍠 pickled onions 🧅 spicy broccoli 🥦 apples 🍎 tomatoes 🍅 honey bbq sauce & umami seasoning (I added crushed red peppers because I like spice but that was a little too spicy 🌶)
