I love this place! I got crispy rice bowl. I want it in my city. extremely healthy, balanced and delicious bowls. awesome. but a bit too much spicy dressing. I got medium dressing.

I went in the evening and had a lovely experience. The person making the salads was nice and easily offered me a recommendation. I got the Harvest bowl and the texture balance is superb. I may have gotten a bit too much dressing, but the kale is so tender I almost didn’t think it was kale and it’s overall really enjoyable and fresh.

INSECT, INSECT, BUG, BUG! AVOID!Insects and bugs in the salad. That means these guys are not washing the leaves properly before making the salad.If the insect has eggs in the salad, it can be very harmful.Strictly no to this place!Management should take a strict action and follow up.

Generally a decent experience but our order of two salads had unwashed lettuce so lots of grit and dirt in each bite. After biting down and hurting my teeth on the third bite, I threw it away. With a 16% service fee, a 2.99 delivery fee AND tip, it's just ridiculous to have to throw out an entire meal. Online support didn't provide a satisfactory resolution. I was a Sweetpass + member but cancelled after this experience. The overall cost, ridiculous fees, and poor customer support experience really make it just not worth it. Such a bummer, as we really need a regular fast/healthy/affordable staple for dinner but the inconsistency makes it not a reliable choice.
