The sweetest Japanese couple runs this place! Only four tables and they cook right at the counter. Strongly recommend the katsudon, everybody at my table ordered a second portion to take home

Reminded me of mom's Japanese food. Very lowkey, nothing too surprising. Honestly, felt like eating from a time capsule of the past. Felt like a very Somerville small restaurant vibes. I paid $26 for this.

Felt like being transported to Japan! The lady and man who own and run the restaurant are kind and do their best to care for us and all the customers! They have the best Japanese food I’ve had in America, and I loved their sukiyaki beef, pork katsudon, and chicken katsu curry! The complementary green tea was tasty as well and greatly appreciated!
