One of the best burgers I had in Cambridge. Suprised of how good they were.

I usually love Tasty’s and have always had great experiences and love the food but this time I did an online order to go. After taking one bite of my burger I saw that it was raw and inedible. Very disappointed with this visit and I did try contacting the store for a refund

First time I came here they undercooked my chicken like crazy. My boyfriend and I went back (don’t even know why at that point) and they severely undercooked both of our burgers. We went back, and they told us they cook their burgers rare… so if you want your burger still moo-ing, I would avoid eating here.

Waited half an hour for a hamburger on a Sunday night. Not ideal for a food rush at night…

Puts five guys and any other burger place to shame. Absolutely delicious and well priced. Wonderful looking store too.

Burger was undercooked, pretty much raw on the inside. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning..

Decent spot near Harvard Square, but overpriced for what it offers.

The location is great—right near Harvard Square, clean, and with a nice outdoor seating area that lets you enjoy the street vibe. That part was definitely a highlight.

As for the food, the burger was okay—nothing special, just average in taste and quality. Fries and soda were standard. What really stood out (in a not-so-great way) was the price: nearly $20 for a basic burger combo felt steep, especially considering the quality.

If you're looking for a convenient place to sit and grab a bite, it works. But if you're after great food or value for money, you might want to explore other options nearby.

Tasty Burger in Boston really lives up to its name. I stopped in recently and honestly, it’s exactly what you want in a good burger joint—no frills, just solid food with a cool, laid-back vibe. The burger I had was cooked just right, juicy but not greasy, and the bun held everything together without falling apart. You can tell they use quality ingredients because the flavors actually stand out, instead of just tasting like another fast-food burger.

The menu has a nice variety without being overwhelming. They keep it simple—burgers, fries, shakes, a couple of extras—but they do each thing really well. I grabbed fries with my burger and they were crisp on the outside and soft in the middle, the kind you actually want to finish instead of leaving behind. I’ve heard good things about their shakes too, so that’s on my list for next time.

The atmosphere is fun and casual, perfect for grabbing a bite with friends or just hanging out for a quick meal. It has that neighborhood spot kind of energy, even though it’s right in Boston where things can feel pretty busy. Service was quick, and everyone working there was easygoing and helpful, which adds to the whole experience.
Overall, Tasty Burger is exactly what the name promises: tasty burgers done right. The portions are solid, the prices aren’t bad for Boston, and the food is worth the trip. If you’re in the city and craving a good burger without all the fuss, this is a spot you’ll want to check out.

The staff at the Harvard Square location went above and beyond to accommodate my son's food allergies last month. They thoughtfully answered all my questions and worked with me to modify the meal preparation to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Sometimes staff are ignorant or annoyed, but all the staff who helped us at Harvard Square Tasty Burger were so helpful and considerate! We had gone into two other nearby burger places where they weren't able to help us and so by the time we got to Tasty Burger, we had almost given up and were starving. But Terrence, Mike, Ivanni, and Will went out of their way for us. And the food was delicious! My kiddos and hubby said that the burger and fries were one of the best they have had. Kuddos! And thank you!

Food was delicious. Service was awful. 4 dudes all standing around talking while 2 of us are waiting for orders. Finally get mine and head home all to find out I didn't get the fries I paid for.

I love their Chipotle mayo and get it for the fries every time, but the state of the space feels like it's declining. The downstairs was closed for an event, so we had to eat upstairs, and some of the stools were dilapidated, so seating choice was very limited. I have a lot of fond memories of this place, but my most recent experience didn't hold up.
