The location, atmosphere, and service were great! The drinks were pretty good. The food was different for us but we’re from the south. It was good, but if you’re used to southern breakfasts, order something different so you won’t be disappointed! Their “salsa” was similar to tomato soup with no spice so that was unique!

This is a chain and there are lots around between Boston and Cambridge. We had the shakshuka in the one near Harvard but had coffees in two other's in Boston. Definitely the nicest coffee I had whilst in Boston and the shakshuka was excellent, prices very reasonable too!

Beautiful coffee shop with LOTS of customers. Definitely worthy of a visit when taking an out of town guest to Harvard Square's area. I love their pastries.

Relatively quick service. Food was delish - we got the lamb with hash plus the shakshuka with lamb. If you like something on the light side, go for lamb with hash. Or if you like something on the acidic or heavier side, go for the shakshuka. Wouldn't recommend the refresher (mango and ginger) as i feel like the mango was not fresh. Overall, very nice place to eat. Just a little lack of seating.

Pretty decent experience. Love early morning bakery vibes. Not really thrilled with my savory French toast. Was really just a giant slice of toast with bacon on it.

I’ve had both good and not-so-good experiences here, but today officially broke the streak. My “16oz” latte looked more like a 12oz, and my salmon rice bowl came out half full, apparently portion control is really on trend here.
Then came the surprise… halfway through the bowl, I found a hair buried under the rice. I tried really hard to convince myself it might be mine just to keep from gagging, but since I have short hair, that theory didn’t hold up.
Between the mini portions, long wait, and mystery toppings I didn’t order, I think I’m done with this Tatte. Harvard Square has plenty of spots that don’t come with hidden “protein” in your meal.

Waiting 18 minutes on 2 coffees when it's not even busy is insane.
At least the coffees were nice but they were only warm
$0.75 cent for oat milk instead of regular is also crazy

In one word: CHAOTIC.
People crowding everywhere, no defined waiting spaces, too few menus, single people with laptops taking up 4-top tables. There are plenty of places that are popular and crowded that manage the crowds better than this. The chaotic environment ruins any good customer experience that the food provides.

If you’re heading to Boston, make sure to check out this brunch place!
Great food and wonderful service. It was our first time coming here as we were visiting Boston! I loved their Peach and Mint tea along with my Chocolate Mousse cake.
