make the walk from gong cha to ten one and it’ll be well worth it
This spot is very cute and smells amazing. I love the squirrel! We ordered brown sugar boba and the seasonal white peach oolong tea with white boba. I was a little hesitant because I've had wipe over before that was not very good but this white boba was delicious. It was just a perfect texture and amount of chewiness. They called it Honey White boba so it was sweetened. My drink had fresh peach in it and I absolutely love oolong tea so I love any tea shop that does oolong tea. They also have food here but I didn't try it. This is probably one of my top five favorites!
The tieguanyin tea had a bitter / not good taste
Drinks are always amazing, the workers are very friendly! Always stop here when I can on my way home.
- Medium Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($6.50): I usually order brown sugar milk tea sparingly when I get boba because of the sweetness, but Ten One’s was surprisingly not overwhelming. The tea flavor was strong, and the sweetness was all in the boba, which I preferred.
- Matcha Tea Jelly with Brown Sugar Boba and Milk Foam ($3.95): I liked the milk foam but could have done without the recommended brown sugar boba topping. The matcha flavor was strong, but the jelly was okay overall (however, I ate this the next day, so the texture might have changed in the fridge). Reasonable price compared to another place that is known for its jelly.
Pickup was fast, and the worker was friendly.
All of the flavors are so delicious and unique, I wish I could try them all! I especially like the mango slushy, I don't usually like mangos but this is an exception! I wish there were some of these shops in my area.
Solid boba shop in the heart of Harvard Square! This storefront has gone through a seemingly endless rotation of boba shops, but I hope that its newest resident -- Ten One Tea House -- is here to stay. The boba is tasty, with a great flavor from the syrups but not overly sweet, and the texture of the pearls (or jellies) is quite good. I love a good fruity tea, and Ten One seems to do a great job at both classic and unique flavor profiles. There isn't a ton of seating available, but there are a few stools along the counter and windows. I also love all the squirrel-related decor and mascot!
An absolutely lovely experience with wonderful vibe! The woman with beady, blue eyes and the man with the patchy, ravishing mustache made me feel so welcome and made some absolute amazing drinks for me! And the designs are sooo adorable, I love the squirrels <33
I got the
- Grapefruit Green Tea with 70% ice and 50% sugar with green tea jellies in a L
and the
- Earl Grey Milk Tea with 30% ice and 30% sugar and brown sugar boba in a M
Both were to die for!
I will definitely be trying out the Mango Slush with dragonfruit boba this coming weekend!
Great milk tea, tea is strong and flavorful. Brown sugar boba is quite sweet, but as long as you order the tea less sweet, it is not an issue at all!
Would recommend :)

Don’t try their Croffle!!! It’s the smallest thing I’ve ever seen for $2.75 and not the texture you’d expect from croffle at all.
Tea was good! Tried osmanthus tea and liked it.

I like the boba tea here!
rudest condescending guy ever, the Asian guy with the patchy moustache was super rude. never coming back
I wanted a strawberry matcha and even though the item isn't specifically on the menu, the girl at the counter was supperrr nice and accommodating and made a bomb matcha!
I am now obsessed
Our college house tutors took 10+ of us here and our server (Connor) kindly took all of our orders patiently. He was kind, warm and welcoming. Every server should be like Connor and he should definitely get a raise ✨️
Really appreciate the lactose free milk and less sugar options.
