This spot is very cute and smells amazing. I love the squirrel! We ordered brown sugar boba and the seasonal white peach oolong tea with white boba. I was a little hesitant because I've had wipe over before that was not very good but this white boba was delicious. It was just a perfect texture and amount of chewiness. They called it Honey White boba so it was sweetened. My drink had fresh peach in it and I absolutely love oolong tea so I love any tea shop that does oolong...
- Medium Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($6.50): I usually order brown sugar milk tea sparingly when I get boba because of the sweetness, but Ten One’s was surprisingly not overwhelming. The tea flavor was strong, and the sweetness was all in the boba, which I preferred.

All of the flavors are so delicious and unique, I wish I could try them all! I especially like the mango slushy, I don't usually like mangos but this is an exception! I wish there were some of these shops in my area.
