Randomly chosen as I was working an overnight in Cambridge and was more than pleased!
Sat at the bar and had the charred Caesar, the cheese pimento bites and both were DELICIOUS!
Rachel was amazing and even served this old single non-drinker a hot yummy coffee on the house.
How lucky was I?
Cool atmosphere, crotchety bartender
The staff were hostile and rude. They didn’t come to take the order for really long. One of the waiters handed us the check without asking and we had an order already in place before that (the bill was around 150$ between us). They asked us to leave right after and when one of my friends had to use the restroom the waiter commented on how we should have thought about it before. At some point we were waiting outside for our cabs and my friend was leaning on the table, the same waiter comes outside and asks her to not touch the table. Never experienced this anywhere.
Stopped in for a quick drink on a Saturday evening. I had a rye Old Fashioned that was so damn tasty I had to order another. We enjoyed the chill vibes here with some great 90s music playing. I would love to go back the next time I am in Cambridge.
This place has some of the best service and look at this menu. Chef driven and so well put together. Met the owner Dean and the bartender Amy, such a delight. Totally recommend stopping in. Menu changes seasonally. Just wow!!!!!
Nice sangria
Me and my friend went out tonight and had a fantastic time. Matt took care of us and he was amazing. I haven’t had this good of service in a while.
Wow! Excellent PEI Muscles, shrimp and artisan pizza. Excellent service. Worth a visit.
I had a mussels appetizer, it was flavorful and delicious. The waitress was nice from the beginning, I wanted a local beer and wasn’t sure what to order so he bought me a couple of choices. Great atmosphere with nice people. I will return soon
The Abbey never disappoints. Great people, great atmosphere, and very good food. The fish and chips I had last night (a meal I love) were some of the best I have had in a long time - soft flaky white fish in a crispy, flavorful fried shell. In a city with some of the best and most innovative food anywhere, the Abbey feels more like a hometown pub, slightly upscale, with consistently good food in an airy rarely overcrowded bar environment.

Nice atmosphere, lively bar
Limited food menu, moderate quality, nothing special but nice drinks
Good service but they want to get you out in one hour when they are busy
Punches well above its weight for food and cocktails for such a neighborhood joint.
Great Atmosphere and a decent selection of ales and beers.
The people working there are very welcoming, nice, and laid back. They're ready to help and assist you with any problem you have. And most importantly, they allow you to split the bill into as many people as you have, which so far is the only restaurant in the Boston Area that did that from my experience.
Additionally, the restaurant is clean. It has two floors and nice Christmas lights.
The food could be better. It tastes ok and the price are reasonable for that region. But it's closer to bar food than proper restaurant food cooked by an experience cook.
Hence, if you want to get some beers or liquor in your system, great place to go!
Great beer choices made by staff. Friendly and cozy.
Lovely dinner
