Been to every other location besides this one and a had a horrible experience . My family came in town for my sisters birthday and we was sat at a dirty table with crumbs and forks on the floor , my sister signed up for her birthday cake rewards a day before and it still hasn’t popped up in the system which is understandable but they didn’t seem to care to accommodate with proof showing the email reward . Even though it didn’t pop up on her account . I work For corporate restaurant and we always make sure our guests are taken care of , i mean That’s what makes them come back right ? The manager DAVID didn’t care , that’s not hospitality . Anytime my customers have an issue with their food or drink you have to accommodate . What happen to customers come first ? It probably doesn’t exist here at this location because the other locations in Boston i never Had an issue . Maybe if i was Another race of color me And my family would’ve been treated nicely

It's the Cheesecake Factory. Never really liked the decor here, to be honest, but it is what it is. The food is good albeit expensive. I am a vegetarian and they at least had something I could eat that was worth eating, which is nice.

Four cheese pasta was not good. Pasta was far too firm and the sauce just didn’t taste good. I barely touched it and the waiter didn’t seem to care to ask if I enjoyed it or not.Service was really weird, our server took a long time to come back to us every time. When they brought out the food we had to wait 5-6 minutes for one person’s order to come out to be able to start eating. I could see that at a less expensive restaurant, but when you are paying like $30 per entree they really should all come out together.They validated my parking ticket but it didn’t work so I was stuck paying $12 instead of the $3 at the garage. Overall disappointing visit.

It's perfect for gourmands with a LAAARGE choice of cheesecakes (don't look at the number of calories on the menu). For the less greedy, there are “calorie friendly” skinny licious ones on the menu. A must during our stays in the United States.
