Oh I see there’s a pattern here with the security!
Your staff is rude. “It’s Massachusetts you should be prepared”. Ummmmm You are keeping ppl outside in the cold because your “staff didn’t show up on time”. Basically threaten us to be here at 530 and yet it’s 610 and we’re still out here. It’s 25 degrees with a “feels like 12. Negative stars. DO BETTER. Even the singer is annoyed with you all…
Security chose not to intervene when a man was hitting a woman in the crowd although the artist stopped the show and asked for help but they did choose to berate an autistic kid and slap the headliner
