I genuinely do not understand why there is this much dissatisfaction with this place. I dropped by on a Sunday evening, placed an order at one of the kiosks, and my drink was ready in less than 5 mins. The two ladies working behind the counter were friendly and patiently answered my queries. Got the black sugar cocoa drink which I enjoyed it very much. The boba are the best of any bubble tea chain store, with the right amount of chew and sweetness. Just note that street parking...
Great place to get your boba fix, not a lot of inside seating, but if you happen to get one, it’s a good place to watch people. Lots of drink variants, I really like that they have non-dairy milk options.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options. Staff knew how to make the drink vegan and which drinks could not be made vegan, oat milk was a great replacement.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They have oat milk!
