My first time trying omakase, and start learning to really appreciate the true texture of the food and the hard work of the chef! Very impressed by the considerations they put into how they integrated fruity, applewood smoky, and crunchy textures into different fish. Try it out yourself to get a feel!
What a selection of unique flavors. The highlight was the citrus spice scallop. An amazing 18 course meal. Waitress did hit on me at the end tho. but in a cute way. This is my 2nd favorite spot out of 4 omakases i’ve been.
Loved everything about it - our waitress Yan was so sweet and personable, the food was incredible to taste and look at (think The Menu without the tension), and I got to try so many new and delicious dishes! Also - the plum wine was divine and can't recommend it enough. Each round of courses is at a set time with a set number of people (goes for about 2 hours), so you need to make a reservation!
