Lov, love, love the products and the helpful staff when identifying allergens for a family member with many intolerances. The bagels are fabulous; I ship them to family in GA (along with cookies). I often enjoy the bread and pizzas!FABULOUS!

Wonderful Gluten Free and Often Vegan Bakery. Very good for people with celiac and people who are vegan as well. (Most foods do not contain gluten free oats but always just check or ask before you order.) Very wonderful staff as well.
Amazing stuff if you're gluten free, and I've never seen so many different kinds of cupcakes at one bakery. It was my first time there and I was trying to get oriented and decide and the staff person seemed incredibly annoyed with me. As others have mentioned it's not the friendliest place.

Their new space is delightful. I can't wait for them to add more menu items.
Thx for providing such tasty, relatively healthy cookies so close to Christmas Eve--They were delicious!

Excellent gluten free baked goods and, for me, dairy free. Looking forward to their new site, just 2 doors down, for a more comfortable shopping experience.Dietary restrictions: My wife can’t have gluten. I can’t have dairy. Violette is perhaps the only bakery in the area where we can buy things we can share. Everything is gluten free. Many are available dairy free. Some things are vegan, which is dairy and egg free. Some things have nuts, so mention when ordering if you’re allergic.Parking: Thanks to plans for a new bike lane, the curbside parking, which is scarce, will likely make parking worse we tend to go at less busy times. The baked goods are well worth any parking hassle.

The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and helpful. They explain what has been baked and answer any questions you might have. It is a rare jewel in an industry where there are very few good gluten free bakeries in the Boston Metro area.Dietary restrictions: All products sold are clearly marked for what is in them and pays attention to dietary restrictions of their clientele.

This place is not good, it’s the best! We have two gluten-free people in our family, and Violette is a regular stop for us. They have so many options for dairy-free items as well. Their confections are so good you wouldn’t know they are gluten-free. If you are providing for a group, you really don’t need to get anything different for the gluten-eaters. Yesterday I wandered in and bought a delicious variety of cookies. So many wonderful choices with distinctive flavors and textures. Crunchy chewy nutty chocolatey citrusy fruity. We had a tasting party.

Was walking by and saw this gluten free bakery so wanted to check it out. It's very very tiny, room for about two people at a time. But that's okay, because it smells good and you're surrounded by goodies. They had a dessert counter, which is what I opted for. We decided to try 3 cookies -- the chocolate chip with nuts, chocolate chip with coconut and orange, & the peanut butter cookie. All three cookies were honestly pretty good. They were a little hard/dry but I'm not sure if that's due to the gluten free ingredients. The chocolate chip with nuts was my favorite. They also had a fridge with take home goods, I saw empanadas in there which maybe I'll try if I come back. I think they do custom orders too. A sign also said something about donuts after 2pm only...not sure. All in all good experience and it's nice that gluten free bakeries like this exist!
