The food was very good, especially the pineapple rice and coconut ribs. Would have given 5 stars if not for the poor service, server was not available at all, asked for more sauce which she finally brought when we were all through eating, had to track her down to clean table before dessert. She seemed unhappy to be there.
We had a few issues at the start due to a bartender with a poor attitude and some mistakes made by another employee, but the manager stepped in and took great care of us. Once we moved from the bar to a table, our new waitress was wonderful and really helped turn our experience around.
Truly a world class dining experience - the energy is always fantastic, food is consistently great and the service is exceptional. Wusong Road has become a core of what makes dining in Harvard Square a unique and wonderful experience.
