As a New Yorker, was hesitant to get pizza this far from home but was pleasantly surprised. Food was good, service was great. Even hit us with a couple of jokes. I'd go back if I were in town. Definitely one of the best food options in the area.

Pretty decent pizza and nice staff although kind of pricey for very small pie. For the same price in NY we get a pie twice the size. Staff was friendly.

I went for lunch and the restaurant wasn't very busy. The staff was really kind and took the time to answer our questions about the food. Lots of people on Google seemed to enjoy the mac n cheese pizza, so we decided to try it, and it was delicious! The pasta on the pizza actually worked really well with the oniony cheese sauce. I thought the lager was also very good, and my husband enjoyed the homemade lemonade even though it's more on the tart side rather than the sweet side. It was a great place to eat and spend time enjoying Boston!Dietary restrictions: We asked for a custom pizza due to dietary restrictions and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got the correct order.

I live around the corner and gave Za a try. Ordered on a Friday night and came in to pick it up. Ambiance: Dark but casual. There were people dining but it wasn't busy per se. Noise levels were moderate so it might be a good place to grab a drink and hang out with friends. Food: I ordered the mushroom pizza and the potato pizza. The crust was thin and they loaded both pizzas up with both mushrooms and potato. The dough wasn't what I expected. It wasn't chewy or soggy but rather felt like I was biting into thick white bread. Hard to describe but I was strongly reminded of the tiny personal pizzas Pizza Hut used to sell lol. The flavor for the mushroom pizza was decent while the potato pizza was on the blander side. Overall not bad but it didn't really do it for me.

Going through some reviews and found this one that I never posted. Had to review my note and found that my mother and I had the Avocado salad which was so fresh that that the taste was perfect, I am pretty sure I licked the plate. Next, we opted for the Grilled chicken pizza which after eating it we order another one that we took back to our hotel. It was so crispy and the cheese was so fresh that it was a pleasant relief to find this place off the beaten path. I made no notes about the staff so that means they did a great job. Since it was a beautiful night that night we opted to eat outside which was the end to a perfect meal.
