They have these bins behind the counter that have fresh produce in them. The implication is that they use fresh produce when they make the food, and this makes me feel good about being a consumer of said food.

Came today for the grand opening since they were giving out free burritos. The line was long but moved quickly; I was in and out within 10 minutes. It's a similar format to Chipotle; pick your meat, then add toppings. I noticed that the chicken was literally SWIMMING in oil, and all the toppings had onions in them, so I couldn't have anything (I'm intolerant to onions and garlic). The rice was wet and mushy, and the chicken, tortilla wrapper, and lettuce were nothing special either. To top it off, I'm pretty sure they had garlic in the chicken even though I told them about my allergy, since I have a stomachache right now.

TLDR: Come here out of pity, not out of desire for the food. I've walked past this place twice daily for over a year now. Finally decided to pop in and give it a try. First of all -- what is this place's value proposition for existence? The other Mex places in the square already cater to all demographics and have more clout. This lack of business sense is the first major red flag. Redder than salsa. This place serves inauthentic and uninspired food that tastes just like the sum of its ingredients but nothing more. It's Mexican food that has been Americanized (whitewashed) to the greatest extent -- their burritos taste like what you would imagine an epicurious.com or NYT cooking recipe to taste. Okay if that's what you're going for, but if you're expecting something with more soul you'll be disappointed. Also can we talk about the ambiance? It sucks! There's this big neon sign inside the store that never stops flashing - how distracting to eat with! Never coming back here - simply no reason to.

Friendly, helpful service & good quality food. The rice bowls with one of the proteins, beans, salad, salsas, corn, sour cream, cheese, and spicy sauce are very nice. The barbacoa is particularly nice. The portions are a bit small for the price. Better quality than Chipotle.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a burrito in the SnackPass app. I arrived at the store after 10 minutes and it there wasn't a line, but I still waited for my burrito on the pickup area. One of the guys working there (told me his name was Santos) asked me what I was waiting for, and I told him that I was waiting for a burrito. after that he gave me a terrible attitude and said he had to take care of customers first. I said that it was ok with me, and that my order was the one 10 minutes ago. He kept yelling and ignoring me. After that I asked to cancel my order and he said you can do it on the app, which is false. Lost my time and money at that place. Never again

The burrito I had was tasty, but not exceptional. The rice and guacamole were bland. The prices are decent for the area, but there are other mexican places nearby that have larger menus and tastier products.

Ordered a burrito online and got a bowl instead. The guacamole isn't very flavorful, and the chips are paper-thin so the combo doesn't really work.
Great place for Mexican food. Love the different options for toppings and sauces. Would recommend for a quick meal. Also, love that they support a great cause as well

I don't really understand the negative reviews. I got a chicken bowl and I was expecting it to be like Chipotle but I actually thought it was WAY better. The portion size was good - I could only eat half before I was full. Will definitely be back.
