I don't know why this place has only 4.1 stars. It's a solid place. Not going to be mind bogglingly amazing food but it's solid and the staff are absolutely amazing!

Cozy and spacious atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was great too, they have good classic omelettes and one of the best eggs benedicts I’ve tried. The Greek french toast was also tender and not too sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp that leads to the restaurant

Just awful! Our waiter was just miserable--he couldn't utter friendly word even as we tried. And the food took forEVER, even though there were only two other tables seated. The place was nearly empty and now I know why. Of course no apologies from our silent moper for the endless delay. And then our soups came WITH our food which was annoying. But it didn't matter in the end bc the soup was inedible. Thinking we were at a proper Greek diner, we had ordered Avoglemono--a creamy Greek lemon chicken & orzo soup. I seriously think they took a can of Campbell's chicken rice soup and mixed it with milk instead of water. It was truly disgusting. I suspect they didn't have any Avoglemono (even tho it's on the menu) and spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to fake it instead of just telling us. Such a depressing experience all around. Yuck.

Zoe's receives great hatefulness on this platform but why that may be is not for me to say and why that may be is not for you to say. We descend the concrete steps or the jagged ramp and pass through the two metal and glass doors not yet in shambles not into the bowels of hell but into Zoe's herself whoever she may be. Who is she? The waitress has a smile on her face with a smirk for the boys screaming shamelessly for their milkshakes which will sooner or later come as the last shall be first and the first last. But she greets us with tenderness and offers us coffee or juice or water from the springs of Cambridge which not long ago were changed due to the carcinogens. Who is she? And so we order some pancakes and some buffalo chicken wraps and some eggs surely from a chicken but if only they were from a duck then oh we would be so delighted. We wait a short moment and stare at the artwork the original prints on the wall and we listen to the chatter and we make more chatter as if the world did not have enough noise and the goods come and we eat. The food is good and tasty and hefty but the buffalo chicken wrap is the best which comes as no surprise because Zoe tends to prepare the so-called lunch and so-called dinner foods better than the so-called breakfast foods but in the end we will eat fried calamari and roast beef for breakfast and waffles for dinner and nobody will stop us. And who is she?

Food was fine. Went here with a party of two. Waited for 30 min while getting passed by larger parties. Took a long time to get our order. Following that, we waited for over an hour for our food. The server forgot to place the order. Completely messy operation. Not going back

John was our server and he was cool. They have a good variety of food, would recommend if you are looking for a retro diner vibe

Cozy Cambridge diner that is fairly well priced given the area. The coffee is fine. We recommend the eggs Benedict. We do not recommend the haddock sandwich because we didn’t care much for the breading. Staff are friendly. This spot does not feel touristy. It’s on the bottom level of the building but it has a ramp if someone can’t do stairs.

The staff are kind and the food was tasty! The breakfast burrito was simple, but so good and the salsa was a great addition.

Slow service. Waitstaff ignored us for 10+ minutes before taking our order. Simple breakfast order took 30 mins.

Very disappointed with the food. I ordered the double play (scrambled eggs+bacon+2 French toast+home fries). The eggs and home fries were not seasoned at all I had to add salt and pepper so that I could taste the food. The potatoes were barely cooked and were clearly boiled. There was loose potato skin everywhere. The french toast was just soggy toast it had no flavor. Would not recommend restaurant.

Food is average at best if comparing to the cost per meal which is kind of high. Ordered a turkey sub and opened the container to find that the ingredients were pretty much thrown on top of the bread, ONE tomato slice, overflowing with pickles, and very little mayo. I've had other dishes that were just 'okay'. Its like they don't really try. Now mine was a mobile order so maybe the dine-in customers get better food. Not sure, but I regret putting in the tip beforehand.

Went to this restaurant today for lunch with a friend who had eaten here before (was my first time eating here). The menu had many choices to choose from which was nice! Our appetizers and food came to the table pretty quickly when we were ready for them and the waiter was great in checking that we had everything we needed occasionally. The cost for our meals were reasonable and readily available. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant so it made my experience happy and at ease. Would come back to try something else in the future and I would definitely suggest this place to friends as a go to place to eat.
