It would've been better if the employees took control of the situation with the customers. When I got there, there was only one line and it would split off when a window was open. Next thing you know new people showed up and started making their own lines. Took way too long between the moment I got in line to when I actually got served.

Kimball farm is located deep within a forest, which may be creepy when coming at night but it is well worth it.
The flavors are robust, with changing flavors and new flavors being added each time I visited. The prices are pretty good, with nearly all options under $10 and the portion size being quite big for the price.
I tried the cookies n cream flavor and it was really good, not that sweet but the cookies were distributed well throughout the ice cream. It was a hot day but the ice cream barely melted.
The service was fast and efficient, and overall was a great trip for dessert.

Delicious ice cream, we drive for >30 mins to get ice cream here.. peanut butter chocolate chip is amazing. Sizes are huge, kiddie and mini are more than enough

Last night was the second time since July that we had a poor ice cream experience at Kimbals.My husband and I got cones and both flavors we lacking in ingredients .My husbans carmel cashew chip had more ice crystals than chips. My cone was coffee turtle and this has 2 turtle pieces and was contaminated with mint ice cream. I do not think we will return.
