At a party for PhD graduation, Blackmoor's planning was easy and excellent, the waiters were the soul of hospitality, standout apps of a beautiful fruit platter and a lovely hummus platter with choice ingredients. Jumbo shrimp bowl, Mac and Cheese with and without lobster and roasted vegetables were very tasty.Vegetarian options: Roasted Italian veggies, Mac and cheeseWheelchair accessibility: One-floor plan, large doors, low top tables

The waitress was friendly and our food came very quickly. We had fish and chips. It was a little greasy, but tasted good. It is particularly worth mentioning that there is German beer (Pils) on tap. As a German tourist, this is almost something special because it is a welcome change from ale or American beer.Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian dishes on the menu

Food was good. Had alot of flavor. The only thing i didnt like about the food is the sause boiled the flavor rite out of the fish.Server took forever, was not attentive, and couldnt seem to understand common things like what root beer was and the items on the menu.

This place had friendly service each of the 3 times I went here during my 5 day visit. Food was very good each time. Caesar salad was quite good, got it twice. Relaxing atmosphere with very attentive servers and bartenders.

Great family place. On a Sunday 5 families with toddlers were there. Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffles and Fresh toast, all were excellent. A great place to stopAfter the USS Constitution. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

What a gem of a restaurant. We were visiting from Baltimore and we met our friends here. Amazing beer list, tasty food and wonderful service. Our waitress Yanna was top notch. Attentive, friendly and seemed like she was having a great time at work!

Our go to place Before Celtics games! Good menu and service and prices! A very comfortable restaurant with a nice bar, too!

This is one of the worst resturant experiences I have ever had! We were seated that waited forever to place our order. Then waited even longer to get our food (a burger, wings, and a pretzel -- nothign complicated.) When the food came, it was obvious they'd put them under heat lamps and just forgotten about them. The pretzel arrived dried out, and the conidments crusted over from the heat lamp, and the wings, in addition to not haveing any flavor has been overcooked AND sat under a heat lamp. They were dry and flavorless. Then another very long wait for anyone to come check on us, and then another huge wait for the check to be brought. The bar was slammed, but the dining room was empty. There's no excuse for such bad service and bland food made worse by sitting and drying out under the heat lamp. Left a 10% tip and a note expalning why. Just. Terrible.

Food was okay. I wasn’t a huge fan of the burger. The burger tasted burnt. Fries were good. Portion of food was good. Our water glasses were dirty.

Go for: An expansive, new-ish American sports bar with barely a hint of an Irish bar.Avoid if: You're looking for a place to be treated like more than your table number.Something surprising: Started by the same people responsible for Olde Magoun's in Somerville. The menus are extremely similar.Reservation needed? Rarely (there are a ton of tables).Overall . The menu options are trying to be everything to everyone (there's a nod to nearly every ethnic community in Boston) but focusing on nothing in particular. The service was slow, infrequent, and impatient. If you want to go watch a game, it's a good spot, but you won't be rushing to go back.Value for Price: 3Sanitation: 4Food Quality: 3Menu Precision: 2Service Quality: 2Timing: 2Decor: 3Access: 3—5 among the best4 strong3 not too bad2 mediocre1 never again

Good clam chowder. Too bad the croutons aren't homemade. The waitress was friendly but didn't bring us the right portion of soup at first and had to go back to the kitchen. There weren't many people in the restaurant at lunchtime when we ate there, it was very quiet and comfortable.

The male bartender is very friendly and provides great and knowledgeable service no matter what you might like. There's an extensive worldly draft list, with beers in different styles of glasses, adding a fun touch. Cocktails are also available.Food is delicious and nice quality, yet a little on the higher price point - but my salmon sandwich was worth it.Came with my running group on a Wednesday night for probably over the 10th time and the bartender always takes very good care of us.
