I've been getting lunch at Cosi on Federal Street since it opened many years ago. The food is always fresh and the staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly. For me, it's like walking into "Cheers." Everybody knows my name and they're happy to see me. Marci and Simon, the managers, do a great job. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Great service. I highly recommend Cosi on Federal Street. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a Cosi customer for 20+ years. The Federal Street in Boston is legit the best salad spot in the city. Ingredients are incredibly fresh and every associate there is attentive and friendly. A specific shout out to Marcia & Simon who, day in and day out, maintain a relentless focus on the quality of their products, with an obvious emphasis on the customer experience. It's for associates like these that make me a life-long customer!
I have visited this location off and on for years. After a few years of being away, I recently started a new job in the area, and was happy to Marcia and Simon. They are still there! Love this place, and happy to be back.

Oh Cosi, what happened? Cosi used to be one of my favorite places for a delicious sandwich for lunch. I haven't been in a few years but walked by one today and thought I'd grab a sandwich. The bread is totally different than it used to be- it's still fresh baked, but the recipe seems to have changed. Plus the quality of the ingredients definitely went down. The tomatoes on my TBM were gross. Not worth the $10+ in my opinion.

Marcia and Simon are awesome. They always have me try something new that becomes one of my favorites and they actually have great quality food. I can’t stop coming back. I genuinely have a love for the food at Cosi. Wether for breakfast lunch or dinner everything on the menu taste fresh and Cosi is the first place in Boston to have an Italian beef sandwich. I did a build my own version of it and I will be coming back for that too.
