Came for lunch today and I was extremly impresswd with the servicw, cleaniness, welcoming smiles from the staff. The food has always been wonderful but the highlight of my visit was the Dubai chocolate flatbread. It is definitely a must try. Marcie was at the register and she was just a delight to speak to. We will be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful, made me lunch to-go to take on the train even though it was 9am. Convenient place to stop before South Station. Only small criticism is I wish they used chicken breast instead of dark meat.

We held our staff meeting here for lunch to change up our scenery and the staff and management there were amazing! They were kind and always checked in on us to make sure we were ok, very welcoming atmosphere! Can’t wait to host our next quarter luncheon. Surprisingly, we were able to try a new dish sample that had pistachio and Dubai chocolate. It was amazing!!!!!!

I've been getting lunch at Cosi on Federal Street since it opened many years ago. The food is always fresh and the staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly. For me, it's like walking into "Cheers." Everybody knows my name and they're happy to see me. Marci and Simon, the managers, do a great job. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Great service. I highly recommend Cosi on Federal Street. You won't be disappointed.

A specific shout out to Marcia & Simon who, day in and day out, maintain a relentless focus on the quality of their products, with an obvious emphasis on the customer experience. It's for associates like these that make me a life-long customer!
