Oh Cosi, what happened? Cosi used to be one of my favorite places for a delicious sandwich for lunch. I haven't been in a few years but walked by one today and thought I'd grab a sandwich. The bread is totally different than it used to be- it's still fresh baked, but the recipe seems to have changed. Plus the quality of the ingredients definitely went down. The tomatoes on my TBM were gross. Not worth the $10+ in my opinion.
Got the Buffalo Bleu sandwich to go..it was alright.. wasn’t really that great

Marcia and Simon are awesome. They always have me try something new that becomes one of my favorites and they actually have great quality food. I can’t stop coming back. I genuinely have a love for the food at Cosi. Wether for breakfast lunch or dinner everything on the menu taste fresh and Cosi is the first place in Boston to have an Italian beef sandwich. I did a build my own version of it and I will be coming back for that too.

This message is for the owner as I order a large catering order online, only to have it not delivered and the catering manager Tara Skrzyniarz yell at me and be very disrespectful and rude when I asked about where my food is ,I would like to advise people regarding how unprofessional their catering team is as ,this is my first time ordering, I travel for business and have had a very bad experience thanks to this individual, don't order catering or online and expect good service, now I'm out my order and money, thanks ?

So when I go, I always have a make your own grilled Spicy chicken I add jalapeno egg a little bit of kale Colorado olives some shredded carrots, oh yeah when I add the eggs I have them remove the yolk they do a very good job I think it's the best salad in the city there are other places around there that serve salads around the same price half the salad don't have the same ingredients their staff is excellent I miss them at South Station there needs to be more in Boston the only real good salad place to me (I do not like salad bar) the salad I have them make has a tendency to have just a little kick ?♨️??

Cosi makes amazing sandwiches. My favorite is the Ham & Swiss with LOTS of honey mustard, it's spicy and will clear you out!The staff at this location were warm and kind, and were very generous with sandwich contents.

I decided to stop and have lunch at Cosi on Franklin Street Boston, it ended up costing $27 for two tuna melts and two sodas. The tuna gave me a belly ache and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant, looking more gloomy. The cashier asked me was everything OK I guess my facial expressions gave a negative vibe. P.S . wat kind of deli serves no pickles Just maybe you will have a better experience
