Went right when store opened for the day, no hot fudge ready. Also no maple walnut ice cream ( which is what my sister at Spaulding wanted)

The Ice Cream though overpriced, is not bad. However, everything about this place screams toxic management. Burned out employees, being closed at random times due to "labor shortages", and employees being forced to always weight the ice cream even taking some out because god forbid they give out an extra tablespoon of ice cream. If you come in anytime summer or fall it is always grossly hot which ruins the whole vibe. It is clear the ownership is to cheap to turn on the AC, doesn't treat their employees well and freaks out over losing a few cents on slightly bigger scoops more than losing long term customers due to the bad vibe this place has. There are other better places to get ice cream.

Amazing smoothie! I have never had a better fruit smoothie and the service was great. Add to that an awesome store that's so well decorated, and you have a winner.

Kind of a funky vibe. Owners have history with rock bands and seemed to enjoy the 70's and 80's ... Only 1 server when we went. Seemed short staffed. Wait wasn't too bad though...Ice Cream was pretty good. Tourist Pricing.

It was a pretty long wait because only one employee was working (which is confusing because given the prices you'd think they'd have enough money to hire enough staff...) and was also disappointed that their menu online is not representative of what they actually have in store. The sorbet I got was pretty good though.

Great place for ice cream and rock n roll in downtown Boston!

This was a solid 4.2 , ice cream, ambiance and customer service on point. 3.0 on yelp is criminal

Great, funky ice cream shop with quality flavors. We love walking here, especially in the summertime, to get one of their many flavors of yummy ice cream. The vibe of this place is funky and fun and not overly expensive. They hours can be a bit tricky, but they always seem to have good customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I loved the rock and roll pictures hanging up here, that was actually better than the ice cream itself. Not many flavors to choose from either.

I just had the chocolate pudding vegan ice cream and was highly impressed by the taste. I saw other reviews and had to say it was a surprised to see such a low score. Everything In Boston is expensive but this was reasonable.

Ice cream is okay, nice enough, but why so expensive?! A small Poland Spring water bottle for $3?! Why???

banana topping is gross..they must put them in the fridge which they should cut freshice cream was fine but not worth $25 for two simple ice creams

Ice cream hit the spot on a hot day, felt horrible for the employee who did not have AC on 6/25/23.

Good ice cream. But customer service is bizarre. Arrived at 9:50pm on a Saturday in downtown Boston, door said it closes at 10. Someone else knocked on the door with a disappointed face, was let in. As for the rest of us, we were told they “didn’t have time to make us ice cream before closing”. Not cool.Aside from that, it’s kinda grimy and depressing inside. Which is fine for an ice cream shop, except you’ll pay $15 for 2 scoops.
