The restaurant is closed for construction renovations. I am very disappointed that I went all the way to the restaurant for my reservation for dinner with a guest to find out that the restaurant was closed for renovations.

Its fully closed. Beware on Open Table as you can still make reservations.

Placed an order through the website and received a message saying the order would be refunded because they are not currently accepting orders. Card was still charged and I have not received a refund.

This business makes zero sense. You put in an order online and they don’t take it or answer the phone. What is wrong with the people running this place.Update: they also charged our credit card and we never received the order and they still won’t answer

This restaurant took our reservation. We took an uber, walk up (in the pouring rain), & it’s closed for renovations. Will never come to this restaurant.

Placed an order through chow now, received a confirmation order from the restaurant and then no tracking or follow up from there. Called the restaurant after an hour of waiting with no answer for over an hour. Clearly was closed and still accepting orders or a scheme to make money and not answer phones. What a joke!

I cant even believe that OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation for a restaurant that is currently CLOSED. There was no indication in Figs website at all about being closed. Showed up to the restaurant, with other couples who also made a reservation, to find a CLOSED restaurant. Finding another place for dinner at the last minute on a Saturday night was almost impossible. Was excited to try this place and definitely never will now after this experience.

Made a reservation today on open table for this evening. It was confirmed. When I arrived, the place was closed for renovations.

We were asked if we wanted bread,it never arrived. My girlfriends pasta arrived 10 minutes before my pizza. My pizza was so burnt I couldn't taste or even tell what was in it,it had ham spread over the top which was probably to hide the pizza.Pasta was nice and had to share. No reduction in the price or a free beer etc.Just said sorry.Very disappointing first night out in Boston.I'm not fussy but it was inedible.

I came here for the first time on a Friday evening, expecting to encounter a crowded “foodie” crowd. This restaurant has a legacy that made me wonder if I was in the right place. It was empty, other than drivers picking up pizzas. There was nothing positive about my experience here. Years ago you could not get a table here. I recently moved to Charlestown and was looking forward to this experience. A legacy chef could not possibly be behind this …What happened?

Good food but the restaurant needs an update.

We actually showed up and there was only a very large party there. No one else. The restaurant was completely empty otherwise. We looked around and all the other tables were filthy. We sat at the bar and saw a gross bug crawling on it and decided to leave. It was filthy. It wasn't even that the party there was loud, it was just gross inside.

Our pizza was burnt, so burnt it was bitter! We ordered a half and half pizza, half figs+prosciutto and the other 4 cheese. We also ordered the calamari, nothing special, can get the same calamari anywhere. Figs use to be good what happened?

Aaaaaaamazing! The service is wonderful and oh my the food is devine! This is not only a must try. It should be in your top 3 to add to your rotation whenever you’re able to have dinner out. Do not think twice about trying their pizza! I can assure you, you won’t regret it!!!

Depressing and we spent our entire meal wondering where Todd Snyder possibly is?Arrived at 7pm to two employees working the entire restaurant, just under the wire as anyone who arrived after us was told the place was closed by the exasperated server. The restaurant space was pretty empty and the lights were up super bright. The back of the house where the food was prepared had no lights on which was unsettling. The bar was covered in dirty dishes that remained til after we left.We had plenty of time to study our empty water glasses covered in smudges and lip prints while the phone rang off the hook. Server eventually dropped by with air pods in to silently take our order.Unfortunately the food did not turn the evening around. Carbonara was stiff with a shiny skin as if plated hours before. The pizza was undercooked, so floury and tasted off, not to mention, served on the underside of a dirty sheet tray...I’ve literally never written a 1 star review but so puzzled after getting home and seeing reviews from over a year ago that completely mirror our experience. So it wasn’t just tonight that the restaurant shut down early on a Friday night due to low staff?
