I order sandwiches for pickup from their website frequently. Everything is made fresh to order with excellent/simple to choose customization options so it does take them 10-15 mins to prepare. If you walk in and wait around that can be annoying but if you order ahead and give them a few extra minutes you're going to have a great quality lunch. Try the BLT and add pickles, onions, hot relish, ketchup, and mayo. Its divine.
