Got the arugula salad as my DINNER based on the beautiful picture of yummy ingredients listed - from their menu "Cauliflower, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, avocado, baby kale, vegan kimchee, cucumber, cilantro, red onion, hummus". It was $14.00!! What I got was a 1/2 a bag of arugula and a few hard cherry tomatoes. It was NOTHING like the picture. Awful.

Decided to host a birthday dinner for my partner with a group of friends at street Bistro. On our menu were Roasted cauliflower soup (4/5), Arugula salad (4/5), Pan-seared salmon (3/5), Churrasco skirt steak (0/3) and Moroccan Sicilian eggplant (4/5). Myself and many of the guests were extremely displeased with the skirt steak. Most of the steaks arrived at the table charred, like you could literally taste and see the burn of the grill. It was inedible. One of the guests complained about how salty and limp her side broccolini was. The Sicilian eggplant ended up being the most popular dish. In addition to the disappointment of the food, our table was assigned one waiter for the entire table of 14 people. I felt our courses did come out in a timely fashion as we were often waiting long periods of time between the courses. I mentioned this to our waiter a few times, but I knew he was overwhelmed and it wasn't his fault. We also created a drink menu for the party with easy drinks like the tequila sunrise. The drinks were just ok, none of us felt strongly about ordering more. Posting pics of our lovely table to show I WAS there but likely won't be back.

I live a couple blocks away from Corner Bistro and always wondered why it’s always empty when aesthetically it’s really cute and other nearby restaurants have people waiting hours for a table. Now I know. First, the staff was great. Very pleasant. Me and 2 friends went on a Friday night for dinner. Restaurant was pretty empty and the hostess politely told us they had a staff shortage. No problem. We ordered sangria and a beer for drinks. Did take a very long time (20 mins), but the sangria was very very delicious so okay. Then we ordered guacamole and chips, and a margherita pizza for dinner. Finally, the food comes out. The pizza is not margherita. I think it was the 4 cheese, and it looked and tasted like a microwave pizza. The guac and chips was literally a blob of store bought guac on a plate with cold Tostitos chips. My friends were visiting from out of state, and I was embarrassed that this is where I took them.

Amazing ambience and even better food!! They have these beautiful big windows where you get a great indoor outdoor feel. Both food and drink were terrific. The gnocchi did not disappoint!

One of the oddest dining experiences I've had. The restaurant is clean, nice facade, and laid out nicely. Then it got odd. My wife's and my water glasses had black flakes in them but accidents happen and they kindly replaced the water. They were out of two menu items. The wonton tuna nachos were tasty with a great sauce BUT they had no avocado or mango as advertised. The cauliflower soup was warm and had good flavor but did not have chives as advertised. My Ceasar salad was really good and big but it was served in a warmed plate. Not a room temperature plate, it was warm warm. The pan seared salmon was the biggest oddity. On the salmon dish, the salmon was the only thing as advertised. The menu item said corn, lemon, and dill. But it had wonton chips, kale, and roasted peppers. The crazy thing is the server never told us the menu items were different. We ordered what we saw on the menu we were handed and the dishes that came were varying levels of different. If they had to improvise based on stock/supplies, fine. But tell the customer.

Service was good. Food was just okay. The chicken and waffles came with a waffle cone, instead of actual waffle (the chicken was quite good though). The portion for the fettucine alfredo was not enough food for my 8 year old daughter. We ordered a mac and cheese for her as well, and it was spicy. She did not leave a happy camper. =(

Great food and atmosphere! The tuna wontons were sooo delicious. If you are in the area, stop by, it's worth it.

Went for dinner Friday night on a whim, called 20 min in advance and was able to score a table for 4 outside no issue. Cesar took AMAZING care of us - polite, prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and even brought us an extra plate of calamari when a couple pieces accidentally spilled! Food was ON POINT - complex flavors, fresh, good portions. Go here for a special night out or impressive first date.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but last night I ordered the Spicy Moroccan Pasta and it was a giant plate of just pasta with sauce and very few pieces of carrots and chickpeas with no arugula as advertised in the menu. For $20 I would expect more veggies as depicted in the menu on their website. If I wanted a plate of pasta with sauce I would make it at home!

So I'm looking at the " bad" reviews and they seem to be from non photo non people with only reviewing this place ? Which leaves me to think they are not real and are leaving bad reviews because they don't want the competition? My friends live about a five minute walk from here and LOVE IT! Yes they are short staffed .. Hello Covid ! But I am sure they are working on it. I will be going here this weekend to try it myself , with my friends , the fans. I will write a proper review then !

Online ordering system is totally useless. Kitchen didn't even receive the order. Apparently this happened a lot but no one cared to fix it. With so many people ordering online now, how can a business not putting effort to fix it? Manager didn't feel that's their fault at all; he didn't even say sorry, and didn't offer anything (not even a small drink while I was waiting) to compensate the extra wait time. Very rude attitude . Was excited to try a new neighborhood restaurant but at the end very bombed by this experience. Will never try again.

A MUST TRY! Street Bistro is one of my new favorite restaurants in the Charlestown area. There's something for everyone here, with unique twists on classic dishes. It's also located down the street from the Bunker Hill Monument. Here's a list of what I ordered:-"Chicken In Waffle" - one of the best dishes I've ever had!-"Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese" - perfectly cooked/great presentation.-"Mexican Street Corn" - light, flavorful, and easy to devour.-"Street Fries W/ Bacon & Cheese" - a great appetizer.

This location has gone through a lot of changes but has finally settled on a great menu and setup. It is WAY TOO BRIGHT in there at night, not ideal for a date.

Food was just okay, nothing special. We came at lunch time and they appeared to be understaffed which in turn took a while for us to receive our food. The space is great but food is average and over priced.
