Ordered 2 pretzel bites and 2 lemonades, was offered dipping sauces. We declined the dipping sauces and were then charged extra over the combo price. Anjeza then proceeded to argue with me over the price rather than rectify the situation. I've spent more than 20 years in customer service positions and would have immediately fixed the situation. You've lost a customer, not just at this location, but company wide.
