The appeal has always been the convenience and consistency of being able to quickly get a classic fast-food meal. McDonald's is a convenient stop for travelers, located in a busy rest area off the highway with ample parking spaces. The restaurant serves typical McDonald's food at slightly higher prices due to its location. Despite handling large volumes, the friendly staff is professional and courteous, keeping lines moving efficiently and getting everyone served quickly. The restaurant is probably a little nicer since it is maintained by the state. It offers all the usual menu items, and the food is generally fresh and good. The facility is well-maintained, making it a decent spot for families and those on long trips, especially during rush hour when many customers are served promptly. However, the floor may have a strong smell from cleaning products used to mop the floors.
