“Went to the drive thru for lunch and the food was served hot and fresh. My only disappointment was pre ordering and paying via the app and then seeing a special 2 for $6 offer displayed on the drive thru menu which was not available in the app. The items included a Big Mac, Large Fries, and other higher priced items. I paid more using the app and could have saved a few bucks if I waited.“

“I went to this store for a Door Dash pickup and was pleasantly greeted by the staff! Definitely a breath of fresh air and excellent customer service. They ensured I received my order promptly and even offered me a new beverage of dragon fruit lemonade on the house. The manager Karen was very friendly and personable. Would recommend this branch as the best location is Worcester!“

“went through the drive thru and ordered the $5 McChicken meal deal didn't receive the 4 piece chicken nuggets and ordered the $6 McDouble meal deal and didn't receive the 4 piece nuggets. also ordered a large coke but receive a large root beer. called yet they don't answer the phone .“

The ingredients were fresh, the sandwich was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. Fast, friendly service and a great overall experience. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve visited.“

“Faith was an awesome sandwich artist! Gets the orders right time and never fails to exceed the quality of the sandwiches she makes. Ill drive 10 minutes out of the way home when shes working so I know its done right. I know a lot of locations are hit or miss but when shes working its worth it. Hands down the best subway around. Highly recommended for anyone in the area. This is the subway you need and the artist for ur cravings!“
