“The people who work there are very nice. The only thing they lack is having food on time but for the most part this McDonald's is better because you don't have to wait to long for your order. Not like the one in Webster Ma. There you wait a long time for your order and they ignore the customers.“

“New store and good bringing in experienced manager to assist in first few weeks. Food was great staff was performing at high level especially considering it is a new store. Wait was minimal and order was to perfection. Definitely a great place to eat and McDonald’s down the road needs to be on high alert because this stores team is getting it done. “I went in with my father to see if this location had the last 3 BT21 toy characters I needed for the set, and one man with a gray shirt was super nice about it and asked me which ones I needed and went into the back to grab the one they had AND he also gave me the last one I needed out of the display case. He was super nice and welcoming and I am so happy I have the whole set now!! I wish we got his name because he was the nicest guy ever! Thank you!“

“Subway is an expensive place to eat regardless of location, that said this location is $1-3 cheaper per sandwich than the subways in the Leicester/Worcester Walmarts. The atmosphere is always warming, from personal experience having eaten here atleast 10 times, its acceptable food, again not healthy nor cheap but that is subway as a brand it is NOT specific to this location“

She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, worked quickly without rushing, and kept everything clean and organized. She was also patient, polite, and made sure my order was perfect before I left. “Met a co-worker here for a quick lunch as we were both working in the area. I don't go to Subway much since the points system changed but the sandwich was done right and for as busy as they were it was clean and went very smoothly. They got the order right the first try.“

“Polite order on the app and that accidentally went to the drive-through but we wanted to eat in when we asked them. They gave us a tray. I took my soda and then the woman also gave me an extra soda. The food was very fresh juicy the burgers place was clean atmosphere was very nice. The only downside there was there was a manager talking to another associate about money missing from a drive thru which a customer doesn’t need to hear.“
