Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.

Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.

“Since Jersey Mike’s Worcester has opened we have been enjoying their subs weekly. Almost every single time despite ordering about a dozen subs they have succeeded in getting everything right. They are even kind enough to write peoples names on the sub so they are easy to distribute. “I haven't been to Subway in a long time due to quality going downhill, but I stopped by this location on a whim on my way home and got subs for myself and my husband. Not only was this the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, the people behind the counter were incredibly kind and efficient, and made our sandwiches exactly how I ordered them on the app. The bread was super soft and fresh, sandwiches were not at all skimpy or lacking ingredients as others have said. Everything tasted great. We will be back!“

Wait was minimal and order was to perfection. Definitely a great place to eat and McDonald’s down the road needs to be on high alert because this stores team is getting it done. “Met a co-worker here for a quick lunch as we were both working in the area. I don't go to Subway much since the points system changed but the sandwich was done right and for as busy as they were it was clean and went very smoothly. They got the order right the first try.“

If you aren’t lucky enough to get it just cooked, especially the fries it’s only mediocre. I wish somehow they could always serve just cooked fries because it makes you want to go back again asap. But I realize that’s a tough decision for the fry chef. I think hot fries is the one thing they should try to deliver if at all possible because you can’t beat them. I will be back.
