About Wendy's

Wendy's is a new store that brings in an experienced manager to assist in the first few weeks. The food was great and the staff was performing at a high level, especially considering it is a new store. The wait was minimal and the order was to perfection. One customer said the team is getting it done and McDonald's down the road needs to be on high alert. Another customer was pleased with how fantastic the staff was at fixing an order and felt better going inside than most places. The staff had a heartfelt moment of a talk about how well the staff is. A mobile order for a family was made, and the customer was happy Wendy's was finally open. The customer service was amazing, with a smile, and the food was made fresh and hot. The fast, friendly service was appreciated. One customer spent nearly $50 on dinner for the family and the order was very messed up, but called and the person who answered took care of it immediately. The customer appreciated him so much and said he saved the day. However, one customer was the 4th car in line and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window, then got the order wrong. When the customer said this isn't right, the employee just shut the window and walked away. The customer knows it's new and they are training. Another customer said the manager is very hospitable and quick, and treats employees well with a positive and encouraging attitude. The manager was guiding an employee in the drive-thru in a very encouraging and positive way. The customer said it seems like a great boss and to keep it up.
