“I love Jersey Mike’s and eat there often, which is why I wanted to share some feedback. The past few times I’ve ordered, the accuracy has been inconsistent.

I placed an order ahead because I was on a tight schedule at work, but when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. Thankfully, CJ was there. I’ve known him since the Gold Star Boulevard location, and he has always gone above and beyond. He didn’t know I had been waiting, but when another employee asked him to finish my sandwich, he made it quickly and with great attention to detail.

Unfortunately, another employee made my second sandwich and left off a few ingredients. I didn’t realize it until I got back to work, so I couldn’t return.

I really want to recognize CJ. He’s always friendly, professional, and makes sure orders are right. If something is off, he fixes it without hesitation. It honestly seems like every location he helps at runs more smoothly. Employees like CJ are a big reason I continue choosing Jersey Mike’s.“
