It took over 30minutes inside just to have my order taken and get my food and there was only a couple people in there already just waiting for their order it wasn't busy at all for a McDonald's the employees just don't pay any attention to what's going on at the front
Drive thru and it took about 15 minutes for a coke, fry, and double cheeseburger. The fries were cold and stale, the mix on the coke was off, and the burger was the only fresh thing.Not pleased with the length of time it took or the freshness of the fries but it's fast food. Win some lose some.

I've been eating at my hometown "Sturbridge" McDonald's for over 10 years. Usually an ok experience, no serious complaints but not spectacular either. Tonight I went in and the lovely lady by the name of "Love" made my wife and i's night! Caring, respectful, and all around great with my somewhat ridiculous order. I know it's just McDonald's but she was awesome and best personality I've seen there by far! Great employee
