I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!Original One star review from over a year ago:Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. This review is only getting one star as I have to leave a star and Jordan is the only other reason. Save your money, brew at home or go 10 minutes out of your way to Dippin.“
“If you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect.This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months.Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking.Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct. This one in Sturbridge nails it almost every time.Also, to the people or person making their donuts, they look worlds better than any of the spots close to me.They’re larger, they have a healthy amount of chocolate or toppings and are better period. The greater Boston area should take notice, because a truck stop Dunkin’ in Sturbridge is outdoing you.“
“I've been eating at my hometown "Sturbridge" McDonald's for over 10 years. Usually an ok experience, no serious complaints but not spectacular either. Tonight I went in and the lovely lady by the name of "Love" made my wife and i's night! Caring, respectful, and all around great with my somewhat ridiculous order. I know it's just McDonald's but she was awesome and best personality I've seen there by far! Great employee“
“Used to be a well run shop but not anymore. Long wait time and several times no one will help you in the drive thru. The last few times, the staff have been pretty rude. Just went there and they are closed but no sign or anything. Seriously, how hard is it to put up a sign "closed"?!Update!Since the remodel this location is Awesome! Great service, super fast too! Great Job!!!!“

Found the coffee to be wonderful with a broad selection of carefully curated beans and roasts.Parking: Plenty of free parking out back, but use care to not block shared spaces for the sewing center.Kid-friendliness: It’s a coffee shop so not unfriendly but maybe not their gigWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access might be tricky.“
“4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“
“this is our regular starbucks, we go one or two times a week on average for the last few years, usually just drinks and not food. we used to do mainly drive through, but it can get backed up and the location makes it hard to be in line without getting trapped by folks coming in and out of the road and parking lot, so we have found it much easier to order ahead on mobile and walk in. generally the mobile order time estimate is spot on which is nice. usually the parking isnt too crowded unless its rush hour, and even then there is a whole other side of the parking lot that is easily accessible.in all the times weve went, i have never had a single unpleasant interaction with an employee. even on a day where i had to wait 15 minutes past pickup for my drinks because their espresso machines broke and they were down to one machine that was also being cranky, and they were understandably frazzled and stressed, they were apologetic and trying their hardest. ive very occasionally gotten a drink not made right, but just small things like missing an extra flavor pump. mistakes happen! if you just politely let them know theyre more than happy to fix it for you. i get that folks can be in a rush, but practice some patience and humanity. if you cant wait for a remake, let them know next time there had been an issue, or call when you have a free sec and let them know so they can remake next time youre in.thanks to the staff here for all the great treats youve made us! we especially love the pink drink with chocolate cold foam, its like a chocolate covered strawberry and soooo good.“
“We took a girls trip to Sturbridge Village and the Sturbridge Coffee House was highly recommended by the hotel we stayed in. We all enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and delicious food! We also loved the local art, friendly staff, great gluten free options and smoothies! ❤️“
