“4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“

“Spoke to a man named Jason on the phone I needed my order transferred on a mobile app to another location I had put in the wrong location on a mobile order he didn’t have to give me help as I stupidly called a location and not customer service Jason still provided me information on how to cancel and although he wasn’t sure I did in fact get that instant refund after I had taken the cancellation instructions he had given me for the mobile app shout out to you Jason going the extra mile for a simple customer like me ??“

“I took a trip to Sturbridge Coffee House with my family member we got a breakfast and ice coffee and ice coffee Latte it was a great place I did enjoy the setup inside and outside plus it was my first time going there after seeing the post on Facebook page I do recommend it 🙂🙂🙂🙂😃 beautiful sunny day it was busy with people I wanted to give a try , I saw pictures up on the wall of how to make coffee in the old days and instead of my normal coffee place in town“

“Goodhile's - Good Isles is an awesomely placed quick bite, spirit and convenience store. The people are welcoming, kind and friendly. We ordered chicken breast and fries (potato wedges) Omgoodness!! Much better than Popeyes or KFC.

I give it 9/10 Everything was lovely.

Their bathroom is clean and doesn't have any weird smells. Toilet is clean as well.

Very happy with our experience.

“do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! “I had the most amazing soup ever from Cedar Street Cafe. Cajun Shrimp and Roaster Corn Chowder was one of the best soups I have ever had! Tons of flavor and loaded with shrimp, corn, spices and everything I could ask for. My compliments to the chef!“

“Updated review as of 6/30/23I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. “This location is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts the food is great the staff is nice the coffee is totally the best. My only concern is that this location closes up too early the hours are 5AM to 7PM. I suggest new hours for this business because I think it can benefit the town of Rutland very well and can help improve the business in the future. The hours I suggest is 6AM to 8PM it would help keep the town of Rutland looking alive and more people would be happy. Because Dunkin Donuts is everyone's favorite.“
