The lady inside was very patient with talking my order and explaining the difference between the new Chai tea blend and the spice whatever. LolTo this day she is the only one who makes my bagel minis hot to the center. I drive past 2 or 3 other dunkin just to go to this location.
They are quick at this location. They rarely mess up my order. I'd recommend it. The food could be prepared with a bit more love though. It's hit or miss if my sandwich will be flat.

You don't have decaf espresso ever. You hardly ever have coconut milk. It's hard to have alternatives. Other Dunkins are busy but have everything. Last time I got a macchiato at this location it wasn't even espresso it was flavored milk.
