I usually do drive thru and am told we do t have donuts from this one long haired employee. When I see the truck just leave. So today I went in to get a donut and again the truck just left to drop donuts off. I asked for two donuts and the employee said do I have two? I looked and said oh no just one, I’ll take that one. Yep wrong idea, it was old and stale. Usually if the donuts are old they take them off the shelf. It’s 3 am. I can wait to get a fresh one if you’re busy just let me know or ask me if I mind. The other employees I see there are pleasant and have no issue with getting me what I want and they communicate whether or not they have what I want honestly. This one employee is not happy to be there at all. And I tip them. Which I have been told not too from other employees because they are not suppose to accept tips. I don’t know, I just won’t go there when this person is working. I enjoy the other employees vibes more. Sorry Dunkin’s do better.

Went in this afternoon and the girl Cassandra I believe her name is messed up the first one gave us an attitude about it she basically made the coffee backwards I asked nicely if she could remake them and she huffed and puffed about it and made them wrong

You don't have decaf espresso ever. You hardly ever have coconut milk. It's hard to have alternatives. Other Dunkins are busy but have everything. Last time I got a macchiato at this location it wasn't even espresso it was flavored milk.

I never write reviews but the experience was so bad Very bad service the two lady's were inside arguing the whole 35 mins I was sitting at the drive threw AFTER paying for my food I had to go inside and tell them to give me a refund while I waited another 10 minutes for them to give me the wrong change. I ended up just leaving without the correct change . The worst most unprofessional dunkin donuts I've ever been too atleast 10 people pulled away while I was waiting. There was 1 tiny girl with a hat in there working while the other 2 argued worse then a married couple i won't be back

HORRIBLE !! The young kids that work here make it an absolute fusgusting experience all around . Every morning i stop in before work and every morning its the same thing . The young white kid with the long ponytail and super tight pants , he/she always has on a sappy agravated face and attitude , you say thank you or good morning and get nothing in response . On top of that he just takes his/her sweet time as their huffing and puffing mad at their job . I walked in just now to get a coffee and a bagel , got there ar 3:35 and walked out at 4:07 . Its ridiculous . These kids these days have no respect , no morals , guidance , drive or anything smh
