“Suzette offers excellent, fresh, and authentic French crepes and macarons at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly and offers amazing service. I have been many times, and have recently ordered macarons for an event. Over the many instances my friends, family and I have eaten there, I have had nothing short of a flawless experience. I would definitely recommend.“
“I made my first order of whole bean coffee beans and was impressed at the swift delivery, and neat packaging. For the past 4 months, I have been looking for a new roaster to replace the company I used to purchase from, who closed their doors with no warning. After trying a several different brands that ran the gamut of no flavor, too much flavor, icky flavor, and "made me burp", Good As Good came out the taste test winner!! (With a no burping bonus.)The Irish Cream flavor is very smooth and blends well with the taste of the coffee beans, which is what I consider the perfect combination for my personal taste.Even my Mom gave it a thumbs up. And, when mom likes it, you know it's good. :)I'm looking forward to future purchases, including other flavors to try.“
“There aren't many cozy cafes in Worcester, so coming here it was very refreshing. We used to live in Boston!Once we got to the cafe, we were greeted warmly from the cashier/barista. The place is a whole vibe--pretty hipster, but in a great way. There's a barber shop in it, which is funny. There was also a good amount of people sprawled throughout the cafe on their laptops working away.Outside also has a nice patio. We sat here and sipped our coffees, as the warm morning sun helped wake us up.My fiance and I ordered two small iced americanos, $3.48 each. It has a tinge of sourness, but having added more water, it wasn't too strong. Maybe we will try asking for less water next time or even a quad shot! There were muffins for sale, not too many options. I don’t care though, because my main point was coffee! We will absolutely be returning for more--possibly even to work!“
“This place is wonderful. Great cakes and pastries, always a kind staff. Everything is delicious! The cakes have become a nice treat to celebrate special occasions, and so far every pastry or cookie we've tried has been a big hit! Always looking for that authentic, delicious flavor, and this is absolutely the bakery to fulfill all those needs and more!“
“Highly satisfied with my first visit! Came in around 12pm on a Saturday and was served quickly. Variety of menu items but not overwhelming. Tried the turkey club sandwich on sourdough, fresh bread and delicious smoked bacon with fresh veggies. The house blend cold brew iced coffee was GREAT. My husband liked his Americano, but unfortunately they lost his sandwich order. After a while he went to the counter to check in and the staff was very polite and quickly whipped it up for him. However, he asked for no bacon on his brioche sandwich (he’s vegetarian) and… there was a pile of bacon on his sandwich. Good news for me, extra bacon! We will try this place again because it was cute and we liked the coffee and baked goods.“
“We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about! He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job!The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester. The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back again sometime!“
“My ex-girlfriend put me on to Acoustic Java my sophomore year of college, and while that relationship didn't work out, I owe her my life (and GPA, and crippling caffeine addiction) for introducing me to this heaven-sent coffee shop. My personal favorites are the lavender latte (it sounds weird but it's incredible, I promise), the caramel latte (basic, I know, but it's so rich and flavorful), and for a quick bite, I absolutely slam back the avocado toast. I could go on and on about how great of a place it is to study, chat, enjoy live music, and just chill on any given day-- even if I sometimes have to run into my ex. It's worth it. I'm going to fall into a deep depression when I graduate, and won't be in the area anymore, but I'm enjoying it while I can.“
“I cannot say enough good things about On The Rise Bakery! Mara helped me make the most AMAZING surprise rehearsal dinner groom's cake for my husband. It had all of his favorites things on it, and was a decadent chocolate and peanut butter cream filling. Everyone loved it!!! She also made my wedding cake! The Flower design was breathtaking!! And no surprise, this cake also tasted fab! My guests are still talking about it! We did vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate and espresso buttercream, SOOOO GOOD! Can't wait to have a piece of each again on my 1 year anniversary!!!! <3 THANKS MARA AND ON THE RISE!“
“I love this place & visit every time I am in Worcester. I usually start with a salad (to be healthy), and finish off with at least 2 cupcakes to bring home (all about balance!). The chili and flatbreads are homemade and delicious, and Colleen makes a fantastic edible cookie dough. Always something new and unique while still offering the classics we know and love. Also, it’s very cool that we can see the staff mixing the frosting and making the food- cool vibe.“
“Super cute, well organized used bookstore. It looks beautiful inside and if you partake in the coffee you'll be able to sit and enjoy the cozy vibes of the hybrid bookstore. Highly recommend to go on a rainy day and sip on a coffee and curl up and read a book while you're there.“
“I just found this place this morning. Two big thumbs up. Excellent food including homemade sourdough bread, very friendly service, and good coffee, all in a really neat old time atmosphere, just around the corner and down the street from Polar Park.“
“Love the aesthetics of this cafe. Reminds me of LA. Easy parking and lots of seating inside. DOG FRIENDLY I haven’t tried a smoothie or a bowl yet, but the bagel was fresh and I have gotten their lattes and macchiatos several times. The cookie butter flavor is the best! I also love their honey lavender flavor.I really wish them all of the successful and excited to see what’s to come here!“
“I was competing in a bodybuilding competition and forgot my food when I left for the day. Out of desperation, I went in and asked if they could make me plain eggwhites with onions, peppers, and no oil. And they made it so on point, much to my complete exuberation. I was thrilled! They are so sweet and always deliver with a smile. When not in prep, an egg sandwich on an English muffin is my favorite! And I'm pretty picky with my coffee, and theirs is always perfect.“
“Not the biggest fan of all of their donuts, but their Oreo donut is ??. Most of their flavored coffees are also fire. Service is always amazing. Some of the best bagels and bagel sandwiches I've ever had. Their lunch stuff is also pretty good too.Parking: It's a smaller lot, but I've never had issues finding parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes I believe there's a couple handicap spots and there is a ramp to get onto the curb to get inside“
“This is a great little spot in Downtown Worcester which is one of the few restaurants that is open 7 days a week for dinner. I've eaten here several times and it is a few blocks from the AC Hotel. I've tried a variety of things and they have all been excellent: miso soup, a variety of sushi, tempura, house salad with ginger dressing. Items that didn't quite meet my expectations were the Avocado Salad, where everything was chopped and lumped together. The Spicy Ramen with chicken was OK, but not the best that I have had. They now have a limited bar, of just beer and wine. Note that the food comes out very fast. If you want several courses, they tend to bring everything close together. I suggest ordering the first course, then adding more on once you finish“
“I googled bakeries in Worcester, I picked the first on the list and I’m glad. The cupcakes taste great, they had a nice selection of flavors which are all listed on their website, and I’m glad they had some decorated for Easter. I will say I would’ve liked the raspberry cupcake more without the filling. Their staff was so great and friendly, even with how busy it got. I’d go back for sure“
“It's easy to forget what a good doughnut is when you're used to going to a Dunkin or Honey Farms. But when you get a good one from a bakery you remember what they should taste like. The doughnuts here are absolutely awesome, one of the best apple cider doughnuts I've ever had. If I have one criticism is they don't have a jelly filled doughnut which has always been my favorite. But otherwise, highly recommend! Was completely wrong about the Jelly, they just didn't have them on DoorDash.“
“The girls here are always super pleasant and they have tons of iced and hot coffee flavors including seasonal rotations as well. My go to is the cinnamon sticky bun iced coffee and a chocolate frosted cake donut. Their griddle top is small but they turn out freshly made breakfast sandwiches FAST. I work on the Worcester/Auburn line and I stop in at least 3 times per week. Pro tip - You order and pick up at the same drive through window which can be a little time consuming so I often go inside to order.“
“4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“
“Didn't try the donuts, but my friend and I stopped over for some coffee on our way to Trout Brook Park, and HOT DAMN - their iced coffees are Amazing *0* we ordered a hazelnut and a samoa iced coffee and they're so tasty and well balanced. The staff was super friendly to everyone. Really nice place!“
“I have come to the grid a few times now and I always get a coffee, they are delicious! I was so excited to hear they have gluten free options but for the price they are just not worth it. Thank you for having gluten free options, but please consider stocking different gf bagels.“
“Amazing donuts, fast service and friendly staff. Being from out of town we happened to drive by this location in June of 2023. My kids and I are donut snobs so it takes a great donut to get 5 stars. The donuts were fresh and everything we were looking for. Wish we lived closer as this would be a regular stop for us.“
“This place is THE BEST.They have an excellent selection of breakfast sandwiches, including steak and kielbasa ontop of the usual options, as well as a great selection of coffee and baked goods. They even have smoothies and a couple choices of monster energy.I add about 15-20 minutes to my commute to stop by for a nice breakfast and the wonderful people that work there because it’s #worthit“
“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“

“I stopped by for my yearly visit back home and got the gluten free lemon sandwich cookie. IT WAS AMAZING! It literally melted in my mouth. I’ve gotten use to eating bad gluten free desserts, but this was the best cookie I’ve ever had in the gluten free world. I can only imagine how good all the rest are. I wish I lived closer and could have tried them all!“
“Found this little albanian paradise during one of my city walks. It was an oasis for my thirst of European café, with people just hanging and enjoying life. You can feel the nostalgia of the customers looking for a slow life in the core of mass. Coffee was a strong Italian type. I tried a spinach pie (for lack of better word) that was good and filling. Laurent (the owner) was very friendly and willing to serve and chat with his diverse clientele. A very good moment there. I'll go back for sure.“
“Five stars except for the barrier that they still have on the registers. You end up say "what?" back and forth with the people taking orders and ringing you up. Especially when it's busy. (It feels like they got so used to having it up they forgot to take it down?)The food is five star. I've been coming here with my daughter on Sunday mornings since before she could eat bagels! Now her favorite is blueberry with strawberry cream cheese.“
“My boyfriend thought we didn't get our dunkin giftcard back when going through the drive thru and we called and spoke with Andrea (spelling?) and she was amazingly helpful and nice! She placed me on a quick hold and looked in the trash and then took my name and number down and offered to look at the cameras to confirm. She was so friendly and I couldn't believe she offered to look at the cameras from the morning to find a $16 gift card, great customer service! I called her back 30 seconds later after my BF admitted the gift card magically appeared in his pocket, smh! Great service and quick drive thru and the coffees that morning were perfect! I wish all employees were like Andrea!“
“Probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had, it didn’t look like it would be amazing but boy was I wrong. It’s like a croissant dancing with a cinnamon roll, and then they end up eloping and making these wonderful little buns of joy.“
“Come here a lot because of school and the convenience. There aren't any tables inside so it's really just a takeout spot. The people who work there are normally very friendly even when there's a large group of us. I have had multiple pastries but really enjoy the croissants.“
“The vibe in impact is always so welcoming and there is certainly never a dull moment! The assortment of teas and shakes is amazing and changes seasonally which is always fun. I’m never disappointed and they have Cora ! The best greeter with 4 paws Kid-friendliness: My kids love Alexa and Momma sue !“
“I might have left my wallet here but the phone doesn’t get answered with no voice message system. The service was great, no complains. Very friendly and attentive staff. I was there on Monday January 15 at 7:15am. I will have to go back in person to see if it’s there. I guess the only suggestion is to fix the phone or put it somewhere people can answer it“
