They have great food, immaculate vibes, and most importantly, amazing coffee. They play great music and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to get some work done or read. “Fuel impressed me. I am a coffee snob and I don’t usually expect a lot from shops that seem to have a big budget and a commercial vibe. The cons- not really a specialty coffee shop with single origin coffees or third wave roasters.
The pros- great industrial aesthetic vibe and a good place to hangout, have a good convo with a friend or plug in and work. Decent espresso based coffees. They did a great flat white for me and a lot of places can’t master a flat white with good microfoam. It was silky and well balanced.
Overall a solid coffee shop. Would come again if in the area.“

“Went here knowing about the other somewhat negative reviews cautiously, not knowing what to fully expect and slightly worried. Parking lot was crowded, some spots aren't available due to another business having special parking. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday, place wasn't packed at all. Some available seating both inside and outside. Cute interior decor. Service was nice and brief. Got an iced tiramisu latte and it came out fast. It was a good experience!“

“It’s a roastery so no wonder why the coffee tastes so good here. I had an oat vanilla latte an it made my day. The taste of the coffee is the strongest and then vanilla and oat milk hits later. The only thing I didn’t like it their plastic cups. They should have their brand’s name on the cups and have better straws (maybe paper straws to help the environment). And tables were not clean but there were only two girls working and the line of customers was long so it’s understandable.“

“This location seems better managed, more efficient and friendlier than the other Starbucks on Park Ave, in Worcester. I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker. After getting no response and driving off, I did see a sign at the pick-up window, but people in the drive through line had no way of knowing the place was closed. But this location will get all of my business in Worcester from now on. I refuse to go to Park Ave. anymore.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“Bean Counter made us the most incredible cake. Not only was it the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen, it was also delicious. All our guests were raving about it, and what made it even more special was that it was gluten free. Everyone was amazed that a gluten free cake could be so good. They were also very communicative throughout the whole process and accommodated all our wants and needs. Definitely get your wedding cake here!“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“I came in due to the mistake on a delivery order and was immediately met with a kind response. I was immediately told that it would be replaced. If you go to this dunkin, go in the evening the staff on this shift are extremely respectful. The morning shift can be a bit chaotic due to multiple staff speak very little English. It can get very busy due to multiple schools and hospitals being in the immediate area. But I would still recommend 10/10!“

They actually care to ask if it’s good ? and if it needs any tweaking but 90% of the time it doesn’t honestly! They are not only fast but they are very personable, kind, friendly & to me that’s all a plus nowadays! Patient enough to take time to make sure I’m satisfied they truly go above and beyond! “Aidan at the Starbucks on Grafton st in Worcester Ma is always so Warm and welcoming there is always a smile on his face and his customer service is always spot on he always gets my orders right and with a smile. Aidans positive energy is infectious and I don’t mind driving a bit further to get my coffee .I would actually give him more than just 5 starts if they were available.Starbucks is lucky to have such a talented staff member .“

“Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“
