The team behind the counter is always friendly, nice, and kind, working extremely hard even during the mid morning rush to provide items in a timely manner. The staff shows genuine care, creating warmth, connection, and community. One customer noted the team bought flowers and wrote a card after a family member passed away. The coffee is great and the baristas understand what vegan means. Customers love the team and go out of their way to visit this location specifically. The manager runs a great store with all star baristas. A specific recommendation is the shaken apple espresso thing, which is best when made by the guys. However, newer staff has been messing up the same order for a long-time customer, and there are still no vegan food options. Overall, the food and coffee are spot on and customers are never disappointed by the quality of their drink.
