I really like this place, it is overall a really nice establishment. A majority of the workers when I go through the drive-thru are extremely nice and comforting. The food and coffee is always up to par. However, the reason for the three stars is when I went through the drive-thru yesterday, around 4:30 pm, a new girl who I haven't seen before took my order. At my local Starbucks, which I visit on weekdays after work around 6 pm, there are two taller boys in their 20s who always work with a sense of urgency and show they care about my order. Although most of the staff give good customer service, these two boys stand out because they prioritize efficiency and make sure every detail is right.
