New girl is completely disrespectful every time I say thank you she looks away and says nothing at all. I must be a burden coming there.
I ordered a small iced coffee with 5 cream because they tend to put little to no cream in for my normal amount- see picture for what their “5 creams” in a small coffee looks like. Unfortunately I am not like Hozier and I do not like my coffee black…
Lady working drive through in morning rude as hell every single time….. and every time I order online they mess my order up every time. Makes no sense.

Dunkin' offers great coffee during the day but inconsistent quality at night. A specific location provided the best experience with friendly service. The staff should be treated with respect as they are also humans. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
