This location seems better managed, more efficient and friendlier than the other Starbucks on Park Ave, in Worcester. I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker.
