This location seems better managed, more efficient and friendlier than the other Starbucks on Park Ave, in Worcester. I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker. Too expensive tbh for a little sandwich and a small coffee is $16 which is kind of crazy!!
The staff were polite and my order came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. The coffee tasted fine, but it wasn’t as fresh or flavorful as I expected. The place was also a bit crowded and some tables weren’t cleaned right away.
Not a bad experience, I’d still come back if I’m nearby and need a quick coffee fix.
